How does the setup fee work?
The one-time setup fee covers the design and build of your new website. Once it's live, your monthly plan covers hosting, security, backups and ongoing maintenance — no separate hosting bills.
How long does it take to go live?
Most websites are designed, built and live within 48 hours of receiving your content (text, images, logo) — larger Premium builds may take longer.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time as your business grows — for example, adding e-commerce by moving to Premium.
Do I own my website?
Yes — the design and content are yours. Hosting and ongoing maintenance are provided as part of your monthly plan.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Every site includes SSL encryption and daily backups, is GDPR compliant, and hosted on secure infrastructure.
How do I cancel?
Email productions@bizboost.ie anytime. No long-term contract — cancel with 30 days' notice and receive your site file export.

1. Who we are
BizBoost Limited ("BizBoost", "we", "us", "our") is a limited company registered in Ireland (CRO No. 817845), operating bizboost.ie. We design, build and host websites for Irish SMEs. For any privacy query, contact productions@bizboost.ie.
2. Data we collect
Contact & enquiry data: name, email address, phone number and business name.
Project materials you provide for your website (text, images, logos).
Hosting and domain administration data.
Enquiries submitted by visitors to websites we host on your behalf.
Communications between you and BizBoost.
Payment data, processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details.
Cookie data as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use your data
To respond to enquiries and provide quotes; to design, build, host and maintain your website; to carry out monthly maintenance; to send account communications; to maintain security and backups; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation, as applicable.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with trusted processors: hosting providers, Stripe (payments), domain registrars and email providers. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
6. Data retention
Project and contact data is retained while your hosting is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter. Financial records are kept for 7 years in line with Irish law.
7. Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. We respond to all requests within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

1. About BizBoost
BizBoost Limited is an Irish limited company (CRO No. 817845) providing website design, build and hosting services to businesses in Ireland.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business.
3. Project scope & setup fee
The one-time setup fee covers the design and build of your website as agreed. Significant changes to scope may incur additional charges, agreed with you in advance.
4. Subscription plans & billing
Plans renew monthly or annually and are billed in advance. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. We give advance notice of any price changes. Accounts with failed payments may be suspended after 7 days.
5. Refund policy
The setup fee is non-refundable once work begins. Hosting fees are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time for future periods.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful, defamatory or infringing content, spam, malicious code, GDPR-violating activity or unauthorised access attempts. We reserve the right to suspend service for breaches.
7. Intellectual property & ownership
Your website's design and content belong to you once the setup fee is paid. The underlying software, tooling and templates remain the property of BizBoost.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at three months of fees paid.
9. Hosting & availability
We target 99.9% uptime with daily backups. We are not liable for third-party outages or scheduled maintenance windows.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Hosting continues during the notice period, and your website files are exported to you on request.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
